Reflesh!
I did not have my part time job today. So I was very happy. I usually have my part time job five or six times a week recently. I am very, very tired because of it. However, I could get away from the stress of it today. In the morning, I went to photo shop to have some copies of the photograph made. Next, I met my friend, Haruko, to make a photo album for my friend’s birthday. We went to ‘mister doughnut’. We made a photo album in there. I saw her after a long separation, so we talked about a lot of things. We made plans for our friend’s birthday party. After that, I went to ‘JUSCO’ to pick my boyfriend up on my way to the ‘Hikari no Mori’. I went to ‘Youme Town’ to buy a book and take an appointment in nail salon. I wanted to buy a book to write a report, but there was not the book that I wanted. So I sent up for the book. Then, I took an appointment in nail salon for the Coming of Age day. After finished my business, we went to karaoke. Both of us like EXILE. So we sang a lot of EXILE’s songs. We sang three hours, but I wanted to sing more. We enjoyed karaoke. After that, we ate dinner. We ate sushi and Korean barbecues beef. These were delicious. We became full. So we wanted to exercise and we went to ‘SPOLA’. We did billiards about an hour. We were very exciting. I like billiards very much. We can not meet the day of Christmas, because both of us have part time jobs. So I was glad to meet him today.

BR 2-04: Harry's Great Big Burp
I read ‘Harry’s Great Big Burp’. Polly Jack wrote it. I chose this book, because the illustration of the front cover of this book is very cute. I was interested in this book when I saw the illustration. It was about a boy who ate some prunes. It was a funny story. So I am going to introduce this story roughly.
The main character of this story was Harry who lived with his mother. He had strong many likes and dislikes about food. He did not like fruits and vegetables, but his mother gave him fruits and vegetables. She thought that fruits and vegetables were very good for him. So he ate all of these fruits and vegetables. One day, his mother gave him some prunes. He did not like prunes, but he ate all of the prunes. After that, he got on the school bus to go to the school. Suddenly, his stomach made a funny noise. He had loose bowels. Then his mouth made a big burp. He was very embarrassed. When he was in the school library, his stomach made a funny noise again. Also his mouth made a big burp again. The books of the library fell down on the floor. He was surprised at the happening. After he got to his house, he thought that he would never eat prunes again.
I enjoyed reading this book, because it was a very interesting story. Harry did not like fruits and vegetables. I do not like vegetables either. So I can understand his feeling easily, but I like fruits. I have never eaten prunes. I want to try to eat them.

Reading Ⅰ
I attended speaking class today. We talked about reading newspapers, magazines and comic books. I talked with Yoshie about the theme. So I am going to write about the theme.
I read newspapers about once a week, because I have no time to read it. I take Kumanichi newspapers. I think it is good, because I can get a lot of information from the newspapers. I like the sports section best, because I like soccer. I read PINKY, because I like Emi Suzuki who is a model of the magazine. I buy it once a month, because it is a monthly magazine. I read NANA, because it is very interesting and popular. I buy about once every three months. I read Seven Teen when I was a junior high school student, because it was a famous magazine. May be, I have thirty comic books or so. I have ever read English newspapers. I usually go to the school library once a week, because I have to do my assignments. I only read TV timetable section of newspapers when I was a child. However, I liked reading books when I was a child. I read a lot of children’s stories.

BR 2-03: Rotten Apples
I read ‘Rotten Apples’. Roderick Hunt wrote it. I chose this book, because I was interested in the title ‘Rotten Apples’. It was about a horse that eats too many rotten apples. Now, I am going to introduce this story roughly.
The main character of this story is Biff who is a kind girl. One day, she helped her mother’s job. Her job was to pick up the apples that feel down from the trees. She picked up a lot of apples, but some of the apples were rotten. So she put them in the box. When she was carrying the box, Kipper called to her. He said, “Come and see this!” There is Harry Smith who liked by everyone. He sold things with his horse. Biff gave an apple to the horse. The horse liked it. Then, the horse ate all of the rotten apples. After that, Biff and the other children rode the horse with Harry Smith. Suddenly, the horse began to run too fast. “Slow down!” shouted Harry Smith, but the horse did not listen his warning. The children were afraid of the happening. After a while, the horse stopped in a car park with he made funny noise. The horse went to sleep. Harry Smith thought that maybe the horse was drunk. Actually, the rotten apples made the horse drunk! However, Harry Smith did not mind. When the horse was sleeping, he sold everything from his cart. He was happy because of the happening. So he gave the children a present.

Learning with computers
I am going to talk about learning with computers. I think that learning with computers is good thing, because there are a lot of good points of it. Learning with computers is very convenience for me. Also many people probably think so too. Now, I am going to talk about the good points of learning with computers.
I can get a lot of information that I want easily when I use computers. Most of the computers have search function. So I can get many kinds of information through the Internet. It is very useful for me when I write reports and do assignments. I can acquire knowledge when I use computers.
We can do mail and chat through the Internet. These are very useful tools. We can communicate with other people easily when we use these tools. If we use Internet, we can communicate with people who live far from each other easily. It is very important to communicate with other people so computers are very useful.
There are a lot of useful tools in the computers. In the reading class, we do power words. Do you know it? It is a tool to learn vocabulary. We can learn a large vocabulary through the tool. We can enjoy learning vocabulary when we use the tool. Also we can challenge other tools.
Millions of computers worldwide connect to Internet. So we can connect with people who live all over the world. We can connect with people when we are in our house. Also we can send mails, photos, movies and so on through the Internet. We can connect with other people through the Internet easily.

Maedori
I will come of age next year. We wear kimono and attend the coming of age ceremony in Coming of Age day. I took some photographs for the Coming of Age day. It is said ‘Maedori’ in Japanese. I got up early this morning. I went to a photo studio with my mother. First, I had my hair set and makeup at the dressing room for the photography. Next, I had dressing. This was a first time for me to wear kimono. It was very hard for me to wear kimono. My stomach was constricted by obi. After finishing photography, we went to my grandmother’s house to show my kimono. Also we paid our respect at a grave. After that, I took off my kimono at last. I could relax. I am looking forward to the coming of age ceremony, because I can meet a lot of my friends. The alumni meeting of junior high school is going to held when the Coming of Age day. I want to enjoy it.
