Food and eating habits

My favorite food is sweets. For example, chocolate, cake, custard pudding and so on. When I am irritated, I do want to eat some sweets. I can reduce stress to eat sweets. When I eat sweets, I am very happy.

Sometimes, I am irritated by quarrel with my mother and my brother. Then, I do want to eat sweets. I can calm me down to eat sweets. Eating sweets relaxes me.

I work at a cake shop. When there are a lot of cakes left over, I can take out the cakes free. Sometime, I can take out a fancy cake. I always finish working at cake shop at 9:00 p.m. After that, I eat dinner and sweets. A magazine said that people who eat sweets at night are liable to get fat. So I have to be careful about getting fat.
